The ALTA/ACSM Land Title Survey requirements of 2005 were adopted recently and replace the 1999 and earlier versions. These are "Minimum" requirements and most transactions required additional requirements beyond these basic specifications. "Table A" thereof lists many optional requirements that can be added to the basic survey.
